Proposal: A proposal based on the scope of your project will be emailed to you broken down into rooms. Everything Paragon Design Firm will do to the space will be listed out in detail.

Share a Private Style Board: Here we share a private board to bounce around ideas and see what specific styles/items are speaking to you. This allows us to get the best knowledge of your style do’s and don’ts.

Measurements: We come to your home to take any measurements as well as provide you with a design board of inspiration to make sure we have a very clear understanding of your style.

First Design Meeting – We will meet to go over all spaces in your project. We will show you our design boards, space planning and show samples, talk about any revisions, etc.

Second Design Meeting with revisions to show any revisions we made to the original boards.

Third Design Meeting with revisions (if needed)

Approval of Design and second payment made.

Product Proposal sent for approval – Once design boards have been approved, we will send over a proposal with product from boards to establish the furniture budget and get approval off each item.

Product invoice sent based on approval

Purchasing Begins (set arrival date upon completion)

Shopping Trip (if applicable)

Installation Date Set

Contractor/ Trade Worker Install (if applicable)

Pay final Invoice/any remaining outstanding balance to Paragon Design Firm
